TS-RVH12TL/R6 Boot Fail

Hello

I have a TeraStation Pro 12TB TS-RVH12TL/R6.

When I turn on the TeraStation, not found the boot files. Notice in the display is Boot Fail.

The TeraStation not appear in NasNavi, we tried update the firmware, but the aplication not found it.

I´ll appreciate your help.

Did you replace the drives that came with the unit with different drives?

How did you attempt to update the firmware? What is the switch on the back of the device set to?

I download Firmware version 1.10

Since it was not possible to install the firmware, I read in the forum that is possible force the update by changing the TSUpdater.ini adding

[SpecialFlags]
Debug = 1

I clicked on the top left and went to Debug mode, I clicked on force update.

TSupdater not find the machine.

Not if the message on the screen says boot fail. And again, the switch on the back is set to HDD boot not USB boot correct? Where did you purchase the device?

Yes, the switch back is set in HDD. We bought the device in Buffalo BTUS. We brought the TS to Bogota Colombia.

I looked in to the issue further. We currently do not have a fix in place and it was suggested that you get an exchange or RMA with your retailer.

I have to fix it. could you please tel me how can I fix it?
Is there any way to put it into EM mode or fix it with tftp???
