Serial?

Despite countless emails I have only received replies asking for details like my serial number, etc. I have supplied the requested details in every email, they just havn't been read. The final email I received contained a link, this link is the software I have already tried to download (also explained in emails). When trying to download I am met with "invalid serial error", can anyone help me?

WTF?!! What is your product and what software are you looking for???!!! How are we ment to help if we dont know what device you have!?

Yep, sorry about that. Just so annoyed at Buffalos incompetance that it seems to be rubbing off on me.

HD-CE1.0TU2

The software is listed as a cd image, Turbousb, power saving mode, etc. must all be integrated.

However, as already stated, when I select the model and input my serial it gives the error.

Thanks for the reply and pm Davo, I already downloaded that but would thought I needed turbousb, is that integrated into eco?

I was trying to download the cd image type software also (the one listed under my model) so that I can restore my drive to factory settings, but it keeps stating that my serial is invalid.

i also have the same problem. my buffalo hdd was formatted and the factory software was gone. is there any chance to download it from anywhere? i want to download it from the support website but the serial number seems to be invalid and i dont know why. anyone can help me with this?

Download it from the regions website you purchased it from, this website is for US devices only.
