I have two Linkstation Pro's on the same gigabit network and when I select a folder with files to copy from one to the other it takes foorreever for the operation to finish.

Is there a setting I am missing.

 

The folder contains photos - average file size is 9 megs.

You can try to adjust the frame packet size of each unit.  I would recommend running a 1 gig test on each of the 3 matched settings.  Also make sure the firmware is up to date on both units.
