- Need to REINSTALL SW, but get "Setup cannot be completed"

Problem: I UNINSTALL the SW from the PC, then
I am trying to RE Install the package from the CD to configure the LinkStation.
I get the following: "Setup cannot be completed".
All LinkStation found on the network have been already set up.
To set the LinkStation  up again, please initialize it.
    - I have followed the "How to I nitialize" procedure without success. I get the same message "Setup cannot be completed"
How do I go about resolving this.

Does the NAS Navi see the unit?  What firmware does it report?

have you tried to flash the firmware.
