Hi, I installed the LinkPro Duo last week.  I picked the automatic configuration for setting up Web Access and tested it internally within my network.  Works fine.  When I tested it from remote location, I am getting Server did not respond message.

Any ideas why I can not connect to it from remote?

Did you open port 9000 on your router and point it to the NAS?
