Problem with USB drives

   I have a model TS-1.0TGL/R5 with 2 Maxtor 300 Gb USB drives attached. The web interface shows both drives with identical parameters (ie same storage %, etc.) I can't run the latest firmware, because it doesn't detect the drives at all, so I am stuck at version 1.00. Is there any solution to getting the individual statistics on each drive through the web interface? Thanks in advance.

Try connecting one at a time, and reboot between installs.  What format are the drives in?
