Not connecting! Mini linkstation 1 tera.

   Hi there, need help, 1st thing I downloaded software and an error occurred on software Buffalo NAS it says canceled or an error occurred, 2nd I double click on shortcut icon and nothing happens and if it does open it says insert disk into DVD RW drive(E). I did manage to log on and do some settings but seems that there's no folder to put info in(now I can't log in either). And 3rd tried to hook up a printer and doesn't find it. Thx!

First I would disable any firewall software and anti virus software you are running, that will solve the install issues.  Also I would map via IP for example go to my computer then tools then map network drive and use \\IP_of_NAS\folder name.

for the print function if you go to run and type \\IP_OF_NAS you will brows to a folder labeled LP just right click to that and hit connect.
