I did search for answer but could find none.

 

How do I know if I have a version 1 or 2 LS-CHL (for firmware update)

what is your current FW version? you can get this info from the nas navigator software.

Thanks for the reply, it's 1.21 I believe I have updated in the past I can't remember though as it has been a while.
