Web-Access trouble - BuffaloNAS service

Sorry for the "silly" question but I'm unable to get web access via your Buffalonas. com service.

Maybe I'm missing the point.

I'm able to get in with a DDNS service like dyndns or no-ip, with an updater client running on a PC (always switched on) on the same LAN where my LS-CHL is connected. In this case I can remotely connect to my LAN through 9000 internal/external ports. So settings seem to be ok.

At the same time, with BuffaloNAS.com service enabled in the administration page (web access menu), with folders enabled, I can't access; that's obvious since the public IP resolved it's not correct (I can check it "on the fly" via my DDNS accounts): I argue my Linkstation isn't updating properly (or at all?) my dynamic public IP correctly through your BuffaloNAS service.

I'm going crazy on that; simply, I would like to connect to my Linkstation remotely with the PC switched off with BuffaloNAS...

Any ideas?

TIA.

The best thing to do would be to update the firmware, initialize the unit through the interface and then try and set it up again. You want to make sure that webaccess and buffalonas.com is enabled, https is disabled and you choose a proper buffalo name and password. They are case sensitive. And you want to disable upnp, use port 9000 and forward that port in your router to the buffalos ip address using tcp and udp.
