Power consumption and heat dissipation of a TeraStation III?

Anybody know what the power consumption of a rackmount TeraStation III is during normal operation? I'm doing a rack inventory for HVAC and UPS purposes, and the real number would be better than my guess.  (The spec sheet available on the Web doesn't include this information).  Also, I can calculate an approximate BTUs/hr of heat dissipation, but if that's a known quantity as well, it'd be helpful to me.
