Hi:

I have the old HS-D1.0TGL /R5 which I got as soon as they came out. The problem I have is that it constantly has the STATUS/FULL LED lights blinking green  and then every few days ,on all four Status/Full  LED's,  it goes solid green and the unit seems to freeze and I cannot acces it. I have to go and shut the unit down and restart it and then it's good to go for another few days.

The disks are not full they are only about 70% full and besides if they were full it should have been giving me a red LED indicator.

Does anyone know what is wrong? and how to go about fixing this unit? Thanks

What is your firmware version? I had that problem once and did a firmware update and everything ok until one fine day the mainboardbecame faulty duet a bad capacitor.

Have you emptied your trash bins? The data in the trash bins might not be showing up as part of the 70%
