Hi all,

I have a broadband connection of 30Mbps down-link and 5Mbps up-link, when I use the integrated bt client to download bittorrent, it uploads more than what it's downloading. usually 2-3times more than the download speed(using up the upload bandwidth)

The torrent file is hot.

What about you guys?

Which firmware are you using?

Torrents transfers vary a lot for a variety of reasons.  It could be that you are just a great seeder with a lot of upload capacity.  While downloading, it could be that the peers you are connected to have less upstream bw.  If you pick a torrent with a lot of seeders and relatively few downloaders (like a Ubuntu or Openoffice download) are you able to max out your connection?

I am using 1.31

I usually download one torrent file each time.  The download speed that usually see it's around 200KB/s-300KB/s, far away from my subscription.

Shonk

i had a download of 2.2meg (20mbit ish) and upload of 50k or so the other day when i tried it
