Hi

I need a solution for a client who wishes to store, share and backup data at two sites. Most of it is static, some of it changes daily. I'm thinking of recommending they have a NAS box at each site to store all the data. Then I'd like the two NAS boxes to replicate their data over the internet so they hold an exact copy . It doesn't need to be in real-time but I'd like the two boxes to contain the same data by the following morning.

Do the Buffalo NAS products do this as standard?

Thanks

N

So nobody, including the people who work for Buffalo don't know the answer to this?

Once replication is set up it will act very close to real time, if these units are going to be on different networks there will be a good portion of setup involved to have the unit be able to see each other.  But the answer is yes to your question
