Hi all,

I am not able to delete the files in my Buffalo Linkstation LS-CHL even I logged in as admin.

It says I need to get permission from UNIX/USER.

Can anyone guide me how I can delete files in my Linkstation?

thanks

First try to reboot the Linkstation :)

Which files cann't be deleted? Can you store new files or open existing files?

The simple solution would to move the file you wish to keep and delete the entire folder. Sometime files get locked like this preventing nomal deletion. If this does not solve the problem, then i recommend a firmware update and reset to factory defaults.
