LS-QL/R5 - 3 flashes

I'm unable to access the NAS.  I have light flashing x3 with all drives green.  The factory reset does not change this.  I can see teh NAS on Navigator2, but it has a question mark and the web interface allows me to sign in, but a "format or disk check" is in process.  I have tried waiting, but after a day the LS disappears from the NASNavagator.

I have looked at TFTP, but am unsure of my firmware or boot image.

Is this the correct process, or should I try something else?

typically 3 red flashes means there is a problem with the hard drive itself, if it is saying it is formatting may need to replace the drive. you can also try to remove 1 drive at a time to see which disk is the problem drive and replace that one individually
