Access issues with Terastation

About 1 hour after being added to the domain I could no longer access tera station.  It said I did not have rights. When I revert it back to the work group I can access it ok but so can everyone else on the network. Where can I find good documentation on controlling access. The manual is not quite helpful.

When trying to access from the domain after it has been added are you using an administrator account?

Then assign writes to the folders for groups or users of the Domain.
