USB Mini B connector not working for HD-PEU2

Hi,

 

I broke my original USB connector.  Whenever I moved the USB Mini Connector wire, it loses connection to the PC, I think the wire connection inside the usb connector is broken. I always try to find the correct position of the USB Mini B connector wire for it to connect to the PC. Im pretty sure its something with the wire.

 

I bought a new USB Mini B connector. However whenever I tried to use it with the HD-PEU2 Mni Station Lite, the hardrive just lights up. It cannot be detected. However if used the broken one, it connects immediatey whenver I find the correct position of the wire.

 

I tried USB Mini B connector from Nokia but also it does not work.

 

Please help

Call your local support, thye should be able to send you out a new USB cable or bring the existing cable and ministation to a PC shop and they will be able to match up a new one for you.

theres no support here for buffalo products. and also the problem is with the wire not that i depend on a single storage, also ive got multiple hardisk.
