Time capsule and Buffalo Storage Terastation....

Having problems connecting to my Terastation after installing my new Apple Time Capsule that is creating my network. I am not a techhead, so i need some direction. When I unplug the Time capsule, and replace the router with the Terastation back into the previous configuration, it all works. I tried to find the Terastation, and it is there, but it won't connect. i am running both Apples and PCs. Any ideas?
