Hi, when we replaced a big format plotter today I found a TS-1.0TGL/R5 in the controller cabinet of the plotter controller. I took it home to configure it.

However over 1gbit lan I only get 450-500 kb/s when copying from a internal PC disks (raid 5 four disks) to the NAS drive. I download from the web 4 times that fast. Any idea why the transfer is so slow?

It is set up in raid 5 and I copy from a internal 4 disk raid-5 set. I just don't get it.

I also find all admin tasks in webinterface extremely slow.

Home Network:

Windows 2008 server (core2 duo, 4gb DDR2 800Mhz)
Windows 7 ultimate (Core2 duo, 4gb DDR3 1600mhz)
TS-1.0TGL/R5
4 usb drives (one connected through the Buffalo soldier)
