how to solve blue flashing on Linkstation Quad

I've just bought linkstation Quad 4*1TB in Bangkok 2 weeks ago. i putted in additional harddisk 1TB on slot 2. I've used them for week until last night, it's still flashing blue on Power button. And there's no icon shown in  NAS navigator on PC. How can i fix this problem, Please give me some advice?

That is not supported.  The firmware sits on the hard drive.  There is the TFTP boot but you will need to contact your local regional support it could void your warranty.
