Buffalo Tera Station XLAB

Firmware version: 1.20

I am using this as an offsite back up, trying to FTP in using Symantec Backup EXEC.

I have a shared folder that has Read & Write Permissions "BACKUP"

I made a Group called "backup" and assigned a user "Ladmin" to that group as his primary.

The Shared folder "BACKUP" has "windows" and "FTP" checked for support, Folder attributes are "Read & Write" User "Ladmin" has "read & write" permissions.

When I try to access the site using ftp://ipaddress/mnt/array1/BACKUP/ I get the message that I do not have permissions to access the folder.

Am not sure what step I am missing.

Thank you in advance for any assistance.
