Can't reconnect at re-logon

I'm using Linkstation Quad and have set the drives as "shared".

To browse the drive, I must enter the default "admin + password" credentials.

While entering the credentials, I also checked "remember password" box.

Once I gain access, I map the drive.

Now, when I restart the computer, the drives appear to be disconnected and I must enter the credentials again to gain access.

My major problem is that my music and pictures are stored on LS.

i-tune and picasa cannot see those folders after a restart.

Please advise.

You must check the box "reconnect at login"

Rebooting the computer logs you off as a user.  I would also suggest not using admin for access restrictions.

JoshC

Do you have access restrictions set on the NAS?  If so then you must put the credentials in every time you restart your PC so it can map the drive.

Thanks PCPiranha.  Your solution works!!!

I logged off from admin and re-loggin on as normal user.  Drives reconnect everytime thereafter.
