Have Nas Buffalo LS-GL Keeps Booting in EM Mode

Hi Please help

 

we recently moved office and setup our net work to only find our NAS has stopped working it boots in EM mode.

 

I have tried a firmware upgrate but ut just wont do it Maybe I am doing something wrong.

 

Model is LS-250gl-r

 

Serial 95840170303567g

 

I have tried the TFTP boot but not sure how long to wait I have attached some pics if anyone could help I would be grateful.

Do I just link it with the RJ45 or do i use the usb port as I am a bit dubious of  using the usb as it is for linking usb drives.

Only use the RJ45, the usb is only for external HDDs and USB printers.
