WebAccess not connecting correctly

We've been using the webaccess feature for our TS3420D server for a few years then out of the blue I get the first error condition:

Invalid Buffalonas.com name

Nothing in the setup of the server or the router has changed. Rebooted the server which corrected the problem. This happened again so I changed the name which corrected the problem.

A day or two later I get the following:

Buffalon NAS device could not be connected. Check the setting of both the router and the Buffalo NAS device

I rebooted the router. No joy. I rebooted the server which corrected the problem. So, what's going on. Have had no problems until now, and then a flurry of connection problems. Any thoughts?
