Help Firmware Recovery LS-W2.0TGL/R1

I have an Old LinkStation Pro Duo  LS-W2.0TGL/R1 that I am trying to get going with two blanks drives.

What I have done is that I have extracted the files from the LSWTGL-109.zip firmware and tried booting with TFTP Boot and TFTPd.  I'm using a straight network cable with the 192.168.11.1 address for the server.

I was able to get the LS to "see" the server but the files don't seem to download. 

Basically it seems to cycle through the two files over and over without completing.

Any ideas?  I would love to be able to use this NAS.
