Need steps to install new drives in LS-WSGL/R1 please

I have the latest firmware downloaded 1.06
I have tftp boot v1.4

I put the PC and Linkstation IP address on same subnet

I started tftp boot, it says accepting requests

But, when I use the LS Updater, it cannot find the linkstation. also cannot find in Nas Navigator 2

I tried different ethernet cable
turned off firewalls
I tried different PC
I tried in Safe mode

run tftp and lsupdater in administrator more

I'm using windows 11 os
