Hi,

I am using 6 NAS.

Everything runs perfectly except for one since yesterday, a TS5410D series with a capacity of 16 TB.

Using NAS Navigator 2, I am not able anymore to see the shared folders.

The name of the NAS is NAS-10. The ip address is 192.168.1.197.
I lost all my network drives using NAS-10. Instead I had to use the IP address.

Please is there someone who can help me to solve these issues? I would like to be able to display my shared folders and to address them using the name of the NAS.

Thanks for your help.

Sincerely,
A. Guillen

Hi,

thanks for your prompt reply.

I followed your advice even if the NAS is out of warranty.

I just sent a request to the support. I hope to get a reply.

Thanks

Support will still help you with an out of warranty TeraStation.
