Using Buffalo LS710 over WiFi Firmware v 1.30-0.05
Connecting with MacBook Pro 2018 on MacOS Ventura
ISP Spectrum Ultra up to 500Mbps, Router Spectrum SAC2V2S, Modem EN2251

When accessing NAS using Finder it is slow to pull up contents of a folder containing about 450 video files. When accessing the same folder on iPad it is a shade quicker. Usually use ForkLift to move files from MacBook to the NAS but it takes just as long as Finder but ForkLift has a status bar to monitor progress.

Read on one post on this forum that the fix was to reinitialize the NAS without loosing data, of course. That's a reset back to factory settings, correct?

Used Blackmagic Disc Speed Test and Speediest. Not seeing an option to browse and attach.

What makes you think it's a NAS and not a network issue? Test the NAS directly into a PC/MAC with an ethernet cable, static IP set on both devices and see how you get on then.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.
Having network issues? Drop me an email: info@interwebsireland.com and we will get it fixed!
