update firmware linkstation duo

Hi, I cant update my linkstation duo firmware

Current firmware : 1.22

New firmawre : 1.24

When i use the updater, it find my linkstation, i click update, i enter my admin password and i return on the main screen.

Nothing append.

 

Could you help me ?

Did you change the admin password?  If you didnt try the default "password"

Yes, I change it.

I try the new one, I try "password" too.

And I Google it a lot :-)

You can try to reset it using the "function"button and see if it will let you use the default password.
