Good afternoon.

I have problems accessing shared folders on a TS1400D NAS which has the latest firmware version when entering the web management environment and wanting to check the folder properties sends me the following message.

Error: Get shared folder details

         The parameters for the specified method are not valid

The arrangement, which is a RAID0, was already reviewed, since there was a problem on disk 4, the replacement was made and the arrangement was rebuilt.

Tests were made to create new folders and if it allows but with the previous ones it does not allow it.

How can I restore the functionality without losing the contained information?

I am waiting for comments.
