Hello,

We have installed a TeraStation Pro TS-RI4.0TGL/R5.

I get the daily email showing:

Activity Report

[TeraStation ISInformation]
 TeraStation ISName: TS-RIGL057
 Time: 2010/03/17 00:00:02
 IP Address: xx.xx.xx.xx
 Setting Screen: http://xx.xx.xx.xx/
 Running Time : 5 days, 10:50:48

[DISK error status]
 DISK1    3
 DISK2    0
 DISK3    0
 DISK4    0

[iSCSI Connecting Information]

Volume Name: Buffalo
Connecting Client: xxxxx.xxxxx.xxxxx.com ( ip:xx.xx.xx.xx )

What exactly does the error mean (highlighted in red above)?

I have no other warnings

Thanks in advance!

Looks like the drive has failed, call into our tech support line and we can setup a replacement.

Thanks, I'll do that.
