[LS-X1.0TL] LinkStation Not Discoverable in NAS Navigator 2

Hello,
I have an LS-X1.0TL Linkstation that has a discoverable IP address, but it cannot be discovered by NAS Navigator 2.

My connection times out when I enter the IP as a url in a web browser.

The device was disconnected from power this week & went into Emergency Mode. It was discoverable at that time in NAS Navigator 2, but did not accept my connection attempts with a web browser.
I used LS Updater to update the firmware successfully.

Now I can't discover the device in the Navigator 2 tool. & I cannot access it using the web controls. I am unable to power off the device in any way except by disconnecting power again. I am hesitant to do this as it was what caused the device to go into Emergency mode in the first place.

Any recommendations on what I can do next to make teh device discoverable?
