Hello to all ...  I am new to this forum and not knowledgeable with some of the language.  I have a problem that I hope someone can help me with.

First of all I have a TeraStation and my firmware is 1.04.  I can't get to the back of the unit to get the model number because my office is being renovated and everything is built in.

My problem is that I do TeraStation backups every day to 2 external USB drives and I was receiving email notifications and backup reports.  As of 2 days ago, the email notifiers stopped.  In checking the external drives, it appears that the files are updated but I can't be too sure.  I really count on the notifiers and the reports.  Can anyone help me get it going again?  Should I start by updating to the 3.9 firmware that someone mentioned in one of the posts I read?  I know nothing about firmware but I know it should be updated occasionally just as all other software is.  Right?

Anyway, I would appreciate any assistance anyone can give me.

Thank you ...

Misti

p.s.  I just found the installation CD and the model of my TeraStation is TeraNavigator for TS-TGL.  Hope that helps.

1.04 is the latest firmware for the Terastation Pro.  I would start by resetting the unit through the web interface and setting up the email noification service and backup jobs again.
