Remote Accces-access programs

Can you use the remote access feature to access and control your desktop computer? I want to be able to open programs.

I'm not sure what option you are talking about, but from my understanding there is no rdp command in any of our devices.

Yes, I am looking at rdp like gotomypc. So the buffalo can only used to access files and folders. It would be a nice bonus if you could access your desktop computer as well. But it is good that it has remote access. This will be useful for sharing large video files with family.
