   I'm having a hard time accessing my files via Web Access from computer from my home computer.  When I'm at church (where the Linkstation is) I can access my files with no problem via Web Access, but when I'm at home, I get an error that the server is taking too long to respond and get a Page Load Error from Firefox. This happens on my laptop and desktop.  I'm not sure if I have to enable/disable more settings but this is getting frustrating as they have it advertised on the box: "Access Your Files from any Web Browser in the World!!!" Any help here would truly be appreciated.

make sure you have port 9000 forwarded to your Nas unit.
