LS_WTGL11F - Error has occured in RAID Array 1

my  LS_WTGL11F have a message that  "An error in a RAID Array has been detected. Stored data in this RAID Array can't be recovered because RAID0 disks are damaged. Select ' Delete Array' to remove this Array."

then i click  "Change RAID Array"

and a message "

"Remove RAID Array. Data Stored on the target disks will be deleted. This process cannot be cancelled once started. Are you sure want to continue?"

I want to know if i click OK in this messages.....my data will not lost.???

on the Disk management:

* RAID settings:

RAID Array name  : RAID Array 1

RAID Mode             : RAID0

 

*Disk Structure

 / Disk 1    : not configured

/ Disk 2     : RAID Array 1   HDP725050GLA360    465.8 GB

Looks like you have a bad HDD.  Changing the RAID mode won't help and will probably just hinder and future attempts of data recovery.

You really have a couple options for data recovery.

 

1) Look for some community sites about how to mount Buffalo LS devices on a Linux system, and assuming your drives are salvagable, you might be able to get your data off...maybe :)

 

2) You can bring your drives to a recovery center.  Not cheap, but they'll likely be able to assist.

Received a similar error, "An error was detected in the RAID Array 1"

 I have not moved the device or made any unnecessary changes. I am running Firmware version 1.12 on a Terastation HD-H1-OTGL/R5 with four 243GB WDC WD2500BB-22RDA0 disk drives. I can still access the web console but I can't get to the network shared UNC path any idea why this error would occur out of the blue?
