repair steps for bad drive on HD-HTGL5

I have an HD-HTGL5 4x500GB raid5 terastation where drive 1 went bad.

I've replaced the drive with another 500GB drive, but upon bringing it back up I'm not sure of the next step to repair the raid.  "Restructure Raid" command comes up with a warning indicating that if I proceed all data will be destroyed.

Is there a way to rebuild the raid while retaining all data on the array?  If so, help with steps to do so would be much appreciated.

Within the web gui of the device, logging in with admin and password under Disk Management then raid setup, you should be able to select the new disk that you put in and restructure the raid array, with a restructure you are supposed to be bringing in the new drive to the raid array and not deleting the entire raid array, but sometimes when a disk fails badly it can take down the entire raid array and the only way to properly get your system working again is to backup data, and then delete raid array and then rebuild and start again.

Thanks - I guess the trick is to figure out if it will rebuild/add the new disk in or if it will be destructive.

I can select the new disk, but the other three disks are grayed out _and_ look to be selected also.  And then I get that warning message before proceeding.

I wouldn't overthink this, typically, but this is my primary storage for a lot of data.  I don't want to risk losing it.  I guess i'll have to play it safe and backup the data to another drive first (a routine I was hoping to avoid by using raid5 on the terastation).
