Cannot connect to NAS Linkstation Live

Suddenly I cannot connect to my Linkstation via teh Nas Navagator.  It says "discovering" then ends and has a blank window.  I can ping the NAS. Windows doesn;t see the shares mapped originally.

 

What do I do

Are you getting any error lights on the front of the unit?  Is the link light still flashing?  Make sure all of you firewalls are disabled and when inquiring about a product please include a model number.

No error lights, ping works, power light is on and HDD light is flashing intermitently as though it is accessing the HD. Model HS-DL250-GL. Cannot connect through the web interface, I enter id and password then it times out.  It seems like it is busy?

Correction, teh Link/Act light is flashing not teh HD light, there is no HD light

The nasnavi should be able to find it then, barring security software.

Cannot connect!!!! Same as others on this post.  No login prompt when browsing to it, just a blank logo/splash screen.

Please check & confirm that you do not have any security softwares; firewalls, Internet security, installed or running in the computer.

I don't have firewalls on my netrwork.  This is the 2nd time this occured today.  firmware version 1.24  S/N 15826400305826

Cannot connect, rebooted and it worked, no error message
