Hi.

I have surfed thru site so that my eyes hurt, but i can't find solution myself, so please help.

I have a LS-dhgl205..(before firware update it was dh1000gl-eu).

I updated the firmware to 2.11 to fix problems with PS3...how stupid of me...and end up with totally twisted LS.

First after upgrading the firmware navigator show only IP for my LS, no workgroup, no old shares, nor a firware version...

Now, i got this sorted, don't ask me how, sorry... but now i can see that HDD has same amount used space as before firmware update but i can't acces the folder where my files were.

Instead a new folder appeard, "share", there's only on folder in it, "pictures", with no content, that's it, nothing else.

I tried to create the same folder name i had befor firmw update but i didn't help, i got the folder with the same name but no content.

I would really really appreciate any help, i don't wanna lose all my stuff...(all 470gb of it.)

Thanks in advance.

Buddy.

Best way is to extract the hard disk from the NAS and connect it to a linux-based system.

From there, it will mount the harddisk and you will be able to see a folder which contains all the share folders of your data.
