Hello guys, I am new to this and I have a few questions, so bear with me...

Mac OS X

I got a Linkstation Duo LS-WX2.0TL/R1-EU NAS and it has been set up with 2 users.

The NAS shows up in the server lists, but when I try to connect to them using "Connect as..." and using either of the users that have been set up, I get a "Connection Failed" error;

FTP

Can I specify at what folder level FTP access starts in?

For example, when I can access the NAS via FTP, it starts at "Array 1":

Array1

-- Media <--------------------- Would like FTP to start at this level

---- Music

---- Video

---- Pictures

Unit Operation

I have also noticed that the whole unit seems to rattle when the disks are being accessed... is this normal?

Thanks for your help in advance!

Dean
