I am unable to find instructions on replacing a failed drive in my Terastation. Drive 2 is showing errors. My replacement is on the way. The NAS restarted and is running (in degrade mode). I need instructions on replacing that dead drive and recovering/rebuilding the array please.

Replace the drive that is getting the errors with a HDD of the same speed as the rest of the drives (info should be on the drives themselves).  When you replace it you will still have errors.  Log into the web interface, go to disk management and then "RAID setup".  Click on the orange tab next to "RAID Array 1", put a check next to the new disk and click "restructure RAID array".  Be careful as rebuilding the array will cause data loss whereas a restructure won't.
