Terastation TS5410R out of disk space

I have a Terastation TS5410R that reports it is out of disk space.  I have two shared folders that are about 900 gig each.  No other shared folders have any data.  I have recycle bin turned off for each share yet the dashboard says I am out of disk space (11TB)

I have tried rebooting and latest firmware.  I have run a scan on the array.  Where is this data?  How can I remove it?

Support is suggesting corrupt file structure or raid array.

The once weirdness of my setup is one of the folders is configured to be S3 Amazon folder attached to Wasabi.  Wasabi only reports 900 gig of data.

Ideas?

Following, I am having the same issue, basically. With a bit of a twist. I was able to remove apprx 50GB of files, giving myself a little breathing room.

Or so I thought.

When I got back to the office today, that drive is back at 100% capacity.

I am at a loss, and this is not my are of expertise by any stretch.
