Linkstation IP issues

Hello all,

I apparently am out of my warranty and Buffalo has not responded to any of my email attempts.
I have 2 link stations one for personal data and the other for business. My personal is working just fine but my business i cant access anymore and i want to make sure i can get the data without accidently wiping all my history.

I had issues with a modem that died. I replaced my modem with the providers surfboard. This changed my IP addressing as i was using the providers modem/router.

I had both of these originally static and before I swapped to the providers modem i removed the static IP. the IP changed and the Personal LS created a new IP and i can log in and see it with no troubles. The Business LS apparently is on a way different IP, Subnet, and Gateway entirely. new IP is 172 when my actual starts at 192, subnet not horribly off just 2 digits in the last 3 numbers, gateway is 0.0.0.0

I have tried opening NAS Navigator and tried changing the IP, Subnet, Gateway manually by unchecking Use DHCP and entering something not being used and matching Subnet and Gateway. This has not worked.
I tried removing the drive and using my hard drive adapter to plug into my desktop pc, the PC cant allocate the volume and shows a much larger volume then the 4tb drive, i think because its in the raid configuration in the Buffalo LS.

I am at a loss and need help getting my data. Please any suggestions to be able to get this exclamation point off this drive and back on my network.

It differs by model but most have a config reset mode described in the manual to set the netconfig back to the default (dhcp).

Config reset wont it delete the drives and start new?
