Problem with Open Settings

I'm new here so I hope this is the right place for this question.  I got an informational message saying that a new firm ware upgrade is available.  In the past I would got to NAS Navigator > Open Settings and go to the screen to update the firmware.  Now when I try click on Open Settings it launches the web page but never opens the settings.  I just get a spinning wheel with Now Loading screen.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
