TS1200 Raid0 Failed

Hope someone can help me recover my data. 

I have not accessed my TS1200 in some time.  I am getting an error message Raid 0 Failed.  Sorry I am new at this and never had a problem before.

Array1 Failed
Disk 1  Unformatted
Disk 2  Normal


It also looks like i have an E14 code  1 red followed by 4 fast red blinking.

RAID array cannot be mounted.
Run the RAID array disk check in Settings.


I doubt that's enough info but its a start.

Do you have a backup? Is there data needed? Basically the data is gone anyways.
