Hi

one computer on my network has intermittent access to the NAS.  It is typical that it doesn't have access.  When I fire up Nas Nav2 it sees the device, but when I try to Browse shares, it opens Win Explorer and asks to log in to the device using admin/pswd, then I get an error "not accessible.  You might not have permission."  I know the password is correct because I can log into the device via the Web Browser interface.  So it seems to be some kind of Windows network configuration thing on my laptop.

Any clues?  I am not a windows or networking expert at all.

Thanks
