Hi.

I have a TS3410R. Trying to get the email alerts to work but get an error when trying to do a test email. Just was dues to an error the test email failed to send. Everything is configured correctly. Upgraded to the latest firmware and still get the same error. Any ideas?

Sorry, should have mentioned that in the op.

Trying to get the alerts to send through our Exchange.

I was able to get it working. Was just the server's IP at first. Changed it to the name and its working now.  :-[
