How do I open a LS210D

I want to replace the hard drive in this linkstation but I can't seem to find how to open up the smaller model only the bigger one with 2 drives.  I'm driving myself crazy trying to find the entry point on this thing.

Thank you!  I managed to get it open after stumbling on a Japanese post.  I have switched the hard drive out but I seem to have a reoccuring issue with my transfer speeds.  I'm getting only 3/MBs a second when it used to be way faster than that and sometimes it winds all the way down to 0.
