Create New Folder in Linkstation

Hi, I recently reset and format my LS421DE with HDD to factory setting, empty HDD with the newest firmware 1.87-0.02.

My issue I cannot access any new folder I created.  I created 2 new folders folder "TEST1" clone like "Share" and "TEST2" access restriction disable. SMB2 been enable in the setting.

In my Windows 10 and Android I can access the default Share and Info folders. The TEST1 and 2 prompt Network Error.
I use the default admin ID to access the folders in Windows 10 and Android. Restart the NAS and my device many times.
