I have a TeraStation HS-DH1.0TGL / R5 in mode E6 I can't move on how to fix it I've tried all the instructions.
how should the hdd be formatted?

are you just trying to start over with blank drives?

You need the recovery files for the unit, the OS was on the original disks.
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.
